I’m creating a website — a blog — to share thoughts and stories about Agile.

We support the principles of the Agile Manifesto, but we choose not to follow the rigid frameworks and prescribed roles of Scrum and other so-called “Agile methodologies”.

We stand with the #NoEstimates movement, favouring trust, collaboration, and continuous delivery over prediction and control.

Rather than clinging to process and artificial certainty, we embrace change, autonomy, and honest, symmetrical relationships with our clients — grounded in feedback, not forecasts.
